Mohammad was a pleasure to work with. He was referred to me by a contractor who I hired to remove a load bearing wall on the main floor. Mohammad came on site the same day I called him to investigate the joists and supports. He was quick, responsive and thorough in his assessment. He offered a couple different options for us (total removal vs post) and and put together the required drawings for each. Fortunately, we were able to have flush beams in the ceiling.

We even had him submit the formal application for the building permit with the City. Everything was smooth and he was patient while answering all of my questions. The permit was approved.

I would 100% recommend Mohammad and will use him again for any other work.

Mohammad was great to work with, he was very meticulous and precise. He provided stamped drawing for a new basement beam. The drawing was easy to follow, the framer was able to install the beam and passed inspection. Would highly recommend him for future projects.

As part of the sale of our house, we needed to have a structural post in our basement certified by an Engineer. Mohammad was able to help us right away to get the post evaluated, drawings done up, communicating with our contractor throughout the work, and then getting the work evaluated upon completion.

We are renovating our main floor and taking out a supporting wall and required a structural engineer to provide a plan. I spoke with a couple of structural engineers neither of whom would assist with the permiting process and also suggested using a BCIN designer as well. I called Mohammad who answered the call himself, and made an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly, inspected the the supports in the basement (opening holes in the drywall to see what was necessary) and took measurements of the every room in the house which the city requires. Within a few days he had plans prepared, a permit requisition in, and permit approval. All accomplished quickly and without any snags. Thank you Mohammad.
