I am not the easiest to work for, but even before being hired, Mohammad was amazing with providing information. We had made the mistake of hiring someone else and mid way through realized our huge error. Thankfully Mohammad took over and completed the drawings and the additional staircase drawings we required. We knew we would need some pretty large cuts to the foundation wall due to the building code requirements, and it was a peace of mind to know a structural engineer was overseeing the recommendations.
He was always super responsive if we had any questions or needed modifications to the drawings as requested from the City of Brampton. 2 days ago, we just received our Building Permit ... thank you Mohammad!!
