Be careful with the Boiler Shoppe and make sure that you have all verbal promises in writing, especially in terms of what EXACTLY the cooling and/or heating functions of the Ductless Boiler system are expected to do and achieve in your home. The Heating system only reached one floor but I was promised it would "warm the house" in the off seasons. Not so!
