Look at the photos below. The right window is fine but the left window developed this film that you can barely see out of. We called Nordik and we were happy they were still honouring the warranty of Beverly Hills, a company they bought a few years ago.
A year later, the window is still not fixed. They scheduled appointments on three separate occasions and on three separate days they did not show up. They did not even bother to call to cancel.
Update: it has taken more than a year but they have finally done the replacement and it looks great.
