Night "N" Day

A company tech visited our home for furnace blowing cold air inspection. We paid $150 for this visit, the tech said that all furnace components needs to replace since 15 year old costing us $3K he also recommended new furnace price of $6.5K.
We call NightandDay company and the tech resolved our issues over the phone for not even a penny, we did offered, but they declined charging without site visit.
We can't submit review without mentioning cost so we placed cost of $10.

Furnace quit working. Technician (Bernie) answered call and diagnosed issue over phone. Arrived same evening and promptly fixed problem in efficient, courteous manner. We are quite satisfied with the service. Thank you.

I never thought purchasing a new furnace would be so easy. Bernie, the comfort consultant was over the top helpful in understanding my needs and brought ease of mind when it came to choosing our system. The installation crew was fast, clean, used floor protectors and even had spare time to play with our dog. Night "n" Day is the only company we will use from now on.

I had very unhappy neighbors in the middle of a heatwave when my air conditioner what making a huge racket and cycling on and off relentlessly. I put out a desperation call and Night n Day answered first thing in the morning. I had a great quote by 10:30am and they were installing by noon on a Friday with more heatwave coming! The new unit was completely up and running by 2:30. I am so thrilled about the outstanding service and excellent price but I believe my condo neighbors will probably want to buy the gents a cake. Couldn't possibly be happier! Thanks for stepping in to help me out.

Night "N" Day was excellent. They were clean, respectful, and efficient. Worked overtime to complete the job as quoted and even returned a couple of days later to tweak the system (after hours) at no charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your great service!
