Wilson Open Concept have done several jobs for me over the past decade. The most recent was a full house design Reno which looked fantastic and the attention to detail was clearly evident in the finished trim and paint . I would frequently visit the house and notice that same attention to detail was also behind the walls where no one else would ever see . This is a true statement of pride of workmanship . Highly recommend 10/10

Wilson and his team are extremely professional, hard working, very meticulous, highly skilled with attention to detail and genuinely care about your home/project.
At one point I called them machines as they were so efficient and were constantly going. Some days they would even stay late and work weekends to make sure they stayed on schedule.
Everyone I know that has done renovations has said to add at least an additional 3 weeks to whatever a contractor says because its never done on time.
Well not with Wilson and his team!
Not only did they complete the job on schedule but I kept adding on extras to my renovations which could have easily cause delays.
I admit I can be a high maintenance client and even micromanaged at times but Wilson was always very patient with me and answered all my questions everyday and any new requests I had he would complete or resolve the same day. Another reason I would highly recommend Wilson and his crew is that he genuinely cared for my home/project and always treated it with respect. We renovated the entire main floor so at times I was overwhelmed with all the various decisions between paint colours, flooring etc but Wilson always took the time to review things with me and provided his expertise. Not only did he impress us but even the other trades that came through the house couldnt believe the transformation they had witness in such a short time period and they see renovations all the time so they know.
Not only did Wilson bring my vision of what our main floor could be to a reality but with his attention to detail and skills its even more beautiful than what we envisioned. So much that not only did I hug him when it was done but so did my husband! Lol
We will definitely be reaching out to Wilson when we are ready for more renovations on the other floors and have already and will continue to highly recommend him to friends and family.

We were referred to Open Concept Renovations after they did a great job at a family members house. Wilson came and listened to what we wanted to do and suggested some tweaks that made the outcome even better. We ended up re-tiling the whole main floor and upgrading all the bathrooms. What we liked about working with Wilson is the value he brings from prior jobs and the advice he gives. You can trust his opinion. His crew Filipe and Jose are very polite and courteous. Most importantly the quality of their work is superb. You will love the work knowing youre in good hands.

After meeting with several contractors, we decided to hire Wilson for our full home renovation in 2022. Wilson and the team were amazing from start to finish! They were at our place every day on time and worked incredibly hard. The crew was very friendly and Wilson was always available to answer our many questions. They stayed on the agreed schedule and we were able to move in on time into our beautiful home! Wilson gave us input on finishes and how to reorganize the upper floor to include an ensuite to the primary bedroom and drawings to work out how to place a powder room on the main floor. We were very impressed with the professionalism and the fair price for the job. Our house looks amazing, and a year later we've had no issues! I would 10/10 recommend Wilson if you're looking to have any renovations done!

We received quotes to finish our unfinished 1200 sq. ft. basement. After meeting Wilson from Open Concept Renovations, we decided that he was the best fit for the job. He knew his stuff, had the right attitude, and his price was reasonable. The 6-7 week job was done on schedule with a very high degree of quality. He provided suggested layouts and made alterations to satisfy our needs as required. We provided certain material (at our request) and Wilson other material. Every day his crew put down and removed mats to protect the floor. Work was punctual and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Also, his sub trades were fantastic and very highly skilled. They included electrical, drywall and wood flooring. Very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend Wilson and his right hand man Filipe in a heartbeat, along with other crew members. Also, Wilson did not skimp on things. High quality tools were used, he had everything. Filipe was super! He is a jack of all trades and does excellent work! His painting was better than professional painters. Ceramic tile work and plumbing, outstanding. Laser levels used everywhere. Thanks Filipe!!! Other people in his crew also did very high quality work. Thanks guys for your excellent work!!!

There may be a longer wait for a start date, but I guess one has to wait for the good guys!

Wilson and his team worked with us to create a whole new kitchen design and layout that not only worked with out budget but gave us so many luxury options that we didn't think were possible. They are above and beyond professional,reliable, hard working,
on-time and come everyday, ready to work and get the job done. Our kitchen turned out beautiful, even my husband (who hated cooking) has now started to cook and bake on a regular basis, so to say it's really changed our lives is an understatment lol. Wilson was with us 100% of the way, helping us to find new flooring and working with us to install tile in a non-conventional way. Our new powder room is modern and sleek and ties in perfectly to our vision.

We couldn't be happier and feel so blessed to have worked with Open Concept Renovations, they are definitely a hidden gem. We can't wait to work with Wilson again soon

Wilson and his team completely renovated two full bathrooms. The job took five weeks and was on time and on budget. Wilson provided drawings as part of the quote and had creative and practical solutions to get everything I wanted into a relatively small space. I was very pleased with the result. However, when the new door fell off the hinges less than a year after the reno (installed wrong) no reply when I asked if they could come by to fix it. Haven't heard from them since and am paying someone else 200 plus to reinstall it properly. I am disappointed in the lack of customer care. You got your money.

Wilson and his crew were exceptional. We are extremely pleased with our bathroom renovations and the time and effort they put in to making it perfect. They adapted to my decorating needs and followed COVID protocols. We appreciate them and all they’ve done!
