Rinchin was hired last year to fix two new troughs which were not done properly. He was reliable in coming again this year with regard to cleaning my eavestroughs. Rinchin is reliable, pleasant and doesn't overcharge. He's simple and direct in his communication. He operates on trust.

Repeated issues with past eavestroughng repairs in a corner where lots of water and ice would build up. Rinchin came and fixed it and also cleaned up some leaf guard issues and heating cables.

Rinchin came quickly, offered a number of options and costs for replacing a very old and inadequate gutter system that was flooding our basement in a heavy rain. His flexibility to suit our needs but also his advice were welcome and he finished his job in one day. He and his assistant cleaned up after themselves and took the old gutters away. He respected the physical distancing that taken hold with Covid-19 and was generally very pleasant to do business with. It was a totally outside job which was a good pandemic kind of job that was essential to our flooding crisis. M.B.

Rinchin and his crew were quick to come and asses my Issue. Our gutters froze and over flowed in the winter. Rinchin said we needed larger eaves and downspouts. I asked if that would cure our issue and he said absolutely. After our first snowfall there were issues but I thought it could be just a fluke. After the second I knew there were problems. I phoned Rincin and he said he couldn't come until spring. I asked him to come just to see what was happening. He said not til spring. The last snowfall (before the big storm) I called to say that we were unhappy and something needed to be done. I did not even receive a response. Since then I have called multiple times but my calls have been ignored. In the past week we got a heavy dumping and the eaves overflowed (again) the downspouts are rock solid with ice and the water is backing up into the soffit and leaking from there. I think the attached photos speak for themselves. We paid in cash but thank heaven I saved the security camera footage to prove who did the job. I am a senior with MS and need a cane to get around and am quite saddened to be taken advantage of in this way. If you are considering eave work this is a company I would avoid. I wish I had.

I needed gutters cleaned, and called GTA Gutters. After a thorough review of the existing eavestroughs, Rinchin advised that, for a number of reasons, replacement was the best way to go; I agreed. A few days later, the eavestroughs were replaced and look incredible. GTA Gutters was prompt, quick, efficient and clean.
