John came through with the product and service I was looking for. I had 2 sticky bathroom fans that I had wanted to replace for months now, and most of the bathroom contractors I spoke to generally tried to make it part of a bathroom reno. So it was obvious this was a niche job.

After looking at a bunch of options and considering doing a crappy job myself, I noticed John's company on the list of service providers my request was sent out to, but he didn't respond. He's a one-man show, and I'm glad I checked out his website and proceeded to get in touch with him.

John quickly called me to book an appointment. He came with his own equipment, a few fan variations (I didn't know one house could have so many different types installed), and a vacuum. He removed the old fan, cleaned the area, popped in the new high-efficiency fan with magnets, and put on the new cover with magnets as well. This makes it super easy to access and clean myself - which is a really nice touch in a replacement product.

He had a bunch of other tips for around the house and with my minivan. Overall, I was very happy with John's service and the product he installed.

He came the very next day Saturday earlier than the appointment time. He removed the old fan and replaced with a new fan. John was very knowledgeable and professional. I called him for assistance with our bathroom fan at 5:30pm on a Monday, he returned my call by 7pm, and was able to come to help us out at noon on Tuesday. His pricing is transparent (exactly what he lists on his website), and his work is absolutely top notch quality!
