Roberto is a man of his word. Bought the furnace last Sept., Then 5 months later found out there was no filter. He had it scheduled but forgot! Roberto replaced the whole thing at no extra cost. He also has an able assistant named Kyle. Price includes new thermostat and 2 years free tune ups.

The RMS team helped us through a very stressful boiler breakdown + replacement. They were always timely in their responses - and flexible to the needs of our family. They helped us through managing a broken-down boiler and the eventual replacement of it. Rob and his team were all courteous and professional in both their work and demeanor. RMS Heating & Cooling recently replaced our natural gas furnace and air conditioner with a central heat pump system. Roberto explained how the central heat pump system works and the benefits of moving from natural gas to electric. The changeover was done efficiently and quickly. The workers were always cordial and informative. There were no surprises and our expectations were met.
