Roberto is a man of his word. Bought the furnace last Sept., Then 5 months later found out there was no filter. He had it scheduled but forgot! Roberto replaced the whole thing at no extra cost. He also has an able assistant named Kyle. Price includes new thermostat and 2 years free tune ups.
