We asked Roberto to come in and clean up a repair gone wrong & remained unsolved. He was prompt, courteous, informative and made sure that the work was done correctly and we were satisfied before he left. His expertise made quick work of our issue. Roberto did a creative, clean, and quality install/upgrade in my existing 45-yr-old house. He's a one-man company (with an apprentice) so you're not needing to deal with the estimator, project manager, and whoever they send out to do the actual work. He'll get your system installed and set up right, which takes time, and not just show up for 3 days to slap something in and then never hear from again.

We needed a new furnace, we have tenants so getting it done quickly was vital. The soonest the parts could be acquired was after a weekend. Roberto found the parts and was able to get the old furnace working to help us provide heat for ourselves and our tenants. On the Monday the install was done in one day and, debris was cleaned out of the home and the old furnace was taken away by someone who works for him. There was some debris left behind I assume the recycler didn’t want it all. But, Roberto followed up on Tuesday and came back and took care of it himself a very professional and appreciated touch. An excellent service and would use and endorse him as well.

Our industrial equipment was generating a great deal of heat in our warehouse. We wanted to install exhaust fans on the roof to pull the heat out with vents on our overhead doors to bring in fresh outside air. RMS completed the work on time and on budget. Roberto even came to our shop on a stat holiday to make some final adjustments without being asked and has followed up by phone on several occasions to confirm the system was still working properly.
