John did an amazing job. Punctuality is the first factor I prioritize when requesting a service, before I even factor in the quality of the job. John was at my doorstep at the very exact time that he promised, which shows his dedication. I had to replace my old air conditioner. His price was very reasonable, and the job was done precisely within 6 hours the next day. Very happy to have him around the GTA area, and he is my new go-to HVAC guy for the future.

I had an electrical surge in my house due to a loose wire outside. It burnt out my HRV unit, my furnace and also my hot water tank. I called Sarman air and I believe John came over the very next day. He was able to order the parts I needed, and everything was fix very in a very short period of time. I was very happy with John's service. He was helpful, honest and curtious. I will be calling John again if I ever need any help with my HVAC again.

Ive had John to my home 3 times for various services over the past 3 years and he is always prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely patient (I ask a LOT of questions). During the most recent visit, John and his team replaced my 21 year old furnace with a new Lennox furnace and I couldnt be happier with the results and the services provided. Its great to find a contractor that I can trust.
