I personally believe John is a quite trustable person, even though we only made the whole process done by message.
(1) I quoted with john by message, he replied quick, this give me impression: he can help and he want to help.
(2) his rate is quite reasonable, and clear.
(3) the most important is his professional work and he is very honest about what the issue is and what has he really done. so what he charged truly matchs what he fixed
(4) he is also patient to answer my questions.
I will for sure contact John first for any further HRVC issue or projects.
