John from Sarman Air did an amazing job with fixing our old Fireplace and identifying the issues is had in a very professional and kind way. He was in touch with us before, during, and after the fixing, explaining everything and being upfront about the cost and process. After a great experience with him, we had him over again to check our A/C and perform some maintenance before the summer start.

I contacted Sarman Air for a quote through homestars. John M was extremely prompt in getting back to me - came to have a look at the job site straight away and provided a reasonable quote really quickly.
He came back to do the job literally hours after I said I wanted to go ahead, worked within my schedule and left the property in great condition. If you need a job done quickly, well and on budget I highly recommend him. He was also great about communicating little details e.g. sent me the proposed location of the AC unit via a photo and confirmed this before proceeding with the install.

Well, I really have to tell you about Sarman's service. My thermostat was not working, so I contacted Sarman Air. WOW! They came the same day I contacted them. Now that's incredible in itself. To further the great service, the thermostat was just the right type for us - SIMPLE and easy to use. The person who came was friendly and efficient. Would I call them again? You bet!

John was at my doorstep at the very exact time that he promised, which shows his dedication. I had to replace my old air conditioner. His price was very reasonable, and the job was done precisely within 6 hours the next day. Very happy to have him around the GTA area, and he is my new go-to HVAC guy for the future.

100% recommend . I called him as our AC stopped working and didn't expect someone come , as it was late evening , he shown up in 1/2 hour and found the issue so fast and get it done professionally with a fair cost as he injected gas to system .
