Where to begin.

My wife and I purchased a property in the Upper Beaches area that needed a lot of work. Everything from kitchen, bathroom, gut of the main floor, electrical and HVAC work. Keino and his crew did a fantastic job.

We choose to work with Keino because he is a family man. For me, personally, that goes a long way. Keino understood how to speak to his clients. He's very personable and easy to work with. So much so that when it came time for me to save some money on some of the jobs Keino was doing he gave me many options on how I could save some money. I ended up taking on the painting of the main floor, demo work, and finishing the the stairs (sanding and varnish). Keino is very easy to work with, as I stated.

During the project we were held up because of some permit issues. Keino took on the responsibility of speaking with the city and making sure that all the drawings and paper work was taken care of. At the time my wife was 7 months pregnant with our 2nd child, so needless to say we were preoccupied with other matters. Because Keino genuinely cares about his clients and is a family man he understood our situation and made sure we were taken care of.

Specifically, Keino made sure that every detail of the job was first understood by my wife and I. The various designs and features of the renovation were discussed and if needed we got together to look at stylistic options for the job.

Keino would be someone that I would recommend to others because he is hard working, stays true to his word, timely, reasonable regarding financial situations and a great communicator.

We worked with designer/cabinet manufacturer Element Kitchens and chose DEH Inc. as our contractors.

While the project took longer than originally discussed, the result is extraordinary and the quality of workmanship impeccable. DEH’s crew of trades were conscientious and respectful of our home. Further, owner Keino Wilkie, was most meticulous of the overall workmanship and had no problem requesting the work be redone to his satisfaction. Exactly the type of contractor you want overseeing work in your home.

We will consider this company for any future projects for our home as they seem to have experienced trades in all areas including flooring, painting, and other remodelling projects.

Highly recommended and we are loving our new bathroom spaces thanks to DEH and Element Kitchens.

Very good work, done in a timely manner. Workmen were willing to incorporate additional changes as needed.

My wife is disabled and we needed an easier method to get her in and out of the house, so I reached out to Home Stars to get some quotes to have a ramp installed in my garage, and Keino was the first to call. He was genuinely concerned about my situation, and wanted to help right away. Keino was excellent, he was easy to speak with, he is very knowledgeable and once we agreed on the scope of the job, he and his team completed the job quickly and the workmanship is excellent. I also had Keino pour a concrete foundation for a shed in my backyard, Keino once again completed the job quickly and with excellent quality. Keino was very easy to work with, very understanding about my wife's situation and the need to get a ramp installed quickly. I would recommend Keino and his team to anyone that requires renovations, and I would certainly use Keino and his team for any work I need to complete goind forward.

Excellent work done by Keino in installing fences and gates for my backyard. He was very timely, accessible and was easy to work with. Very reliable and price conscious. Keino was able to meet mine and my neighbours expectations.

Keino was a real pleasure to work with. He really took charge of the project and kept on top of decisions big and small. He regularly shared updates and when a decision needed to be made he was always collaborative in his problem solving, trying to find the solution that best met our expectations and desires for the project. We never once got the impression that he was rushing us or the project and it really showed in the results. It was completed on budget and more or less on time (can't avoid delays really). I would certainly endorse him to anyone looking for a general contractor who is always in your corner.

In one word - Highly professional work and very satisfied. In future any work needed to be done, will call him and also will recommend friends and family.

I’m very happy with the new deck and fences done by Keino’s team, and I would like to give a special thanks to his carpenter Carl who is very detailed and takes great care to make sure everything lines up correctly. Keino was great to deal with and he is committed to doing excellent and honest work for a reasonable price. I will definitely call Keino again for any future work and will recommend him to my friends.

No job is too big or too small for Keino and his team!
Keino and his guys recently renovated my 3 car garage, it looks absolutely amazing. They understood exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond what we wanted them to do. Their knowledge and eye for detail goes above my expectation. Keino has been doing a lot of repairs and renovation around my house for many years and I have been 100% satisfied with all his work. Reliable, hard working, trustworthy, and experienced....I already have another project to renovate my basement bathroom shower for me very soon!!
