We had Keino’s company do a lot of work last year on our home (see previous review... he did our other powder room, replaced all the flooring on our second floor, re-did the crown moulding in our living room, replaced all our doors and railings). This year we had him renovate the last main piece of our home — our main washroom. We are very happy again with the service we received from his company; very professional and friendly. As well, we think our washroom looks wonderful and it was done in the budget we had set (very important to us). Even when there were some complications with the installation and finishing of the tub for the washroom, he and his company were able to reach a satisfactory solution according to our needs and wishes. We would definitely hire him and again and will almost definitely do so next year when we need to renovate another portion of our house.

We did a full house (all 3 floors), top to bottom, City of Toronto inspected and approved, renovation that needed it all.

Framing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting, roof repair, complete basement finishing, sump pump installation, windows/doors, doorbell replacements, potlighting and dimmers.

We are very satisfied with the work and turn around time for such as scope. Pricing is excellent and materials are very good quality. I have referred him to friends and family and would definitely work with him again.

We have used D.E.H contracting before and they did a very nice job replacing a staircase and a pocket door. This time we had them back to refinish our cedar deck and again they were honest, punctual and courteous. I would recommend them highly.

major water leak in living room. I made 1 phone call to the company (Keino) and within 1hour they were there the leak. Next day the Stucco
was replaced and repair.Excellent Job.

Following a leak in the ceiling. Keino and team repaired ceiling, removed stucco and repainted smooth ceiling.

Replaced old counter top in bathroom with custom fit quartz counter top. Replaced faucet and fixtures. Completed plumbing Painted and repaired walls and reinstalled new light and mirror.

Keino came to assess the work, promptly provided a quote the same day, and started the job within a week!

Keino and his crew arrived promptly to complete the work, worked quickly without cutting any corners, and left the place cleaner than when they got it!!

Reached out to Keno for a few different jobs at home and he delivered on 99.99% of all aspects. Came up with a great idea for window wells, great crown moulding, great drywall fixes and almost perfect backsplash. I would highly recommend Keno for any and all of your requirements.

Keino and his team finished a roughed in basement bathroom for us which included running venting and replacing a non working sewage ejector pump. Keino was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. His flexibility on arrival times and schedule was much appreciated in our busy household.
