Where to begin.
My wife and I purchased a property in the Upper Beaches area that needed a lot of work. Everything from kitchen, bathroom, gut of the main floor, electrical and HVAC work. Keino and his crew did a fantastic job.
We choose to work with Keino because he is a family man. For me, personally, that goes a long way. Keino understood how to speak to his clients. He's very personable and easy to work with. So much so that when it came time for me to save some money on some of the jobs Keino was doing he gave me many options on how I could save some money. I ended up taking on the painting of the main floor, demo work, and finishing the the stairs (sanding and varnish). Keino is very easy to work with, as I stated.
During the project we were held up because of some permit issues. Keino took on the responsibility of speaking with the city and making sure that all the drawings and paper work was taken care of. At the time my wife was 7 months pregnant with our 2nd child, so needless to say we were preoccupied with other matters. Because Keino genuinely cares about his clients and is a family man he understood our situation and made sure we were taken care of.
Specifically, Keino made sure that every detail of the job was first understood by my wife and I. The various designs and features of the renovation were discussed and if needed we got together to look at stylistic options for the job.
Keino would be someone that I would recommend to others because he is hard working, stays true to his word, timely, reasonable regarding financial situations and a great communicator.
