Aquasar Waterproofing & Underpinning

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK.
They conned my family out of over $3,000 by insisting on deposits and payments up front, then going on break and never coming back before any work was done at the house. They then blocked all our numbers. We will be taking legal action but want to ensure no other families lose their hard earned money.

I hired this company (not actually company it’s a person) due to their good price compared to others. They said that they would do a great job but don’t give warranty for their fireproofing. I trusted them and didn’t check all work stages.
A year after I had a leak next to the area that they insulated. I asked them to come and do the next part as well but they kept bringing excuses and I ended up doing the job with another contractor. When the new contractor started the job to overlap with their work realized almost 4 feet of the job not insulated with Aqua block and yellow jacket and just a membrane was installed. I paid them for the entire length but they didn’t do the work and get the money. He kept refusing my call and not answering my texts. I told him I will comment on his job in the homestar
Never recommend him at all.,.

The team came and did an excellent job in the amount of time they said it would take. I would highly recommend them.
