I contacted Faial Heating & Cooling for the purchase of an AC unit. We have had the AC unit for 8 years now and have had zero issues. The job was done to our complete satisfaction. Since the initial contact to the completion of the work, we had a great experience. The job was perfectly completely and all the wires were neatly tucked. The AC unit was even mounted for us in the best spot recommended by Faial Heating & Cooling. We will continue to recommend this company because they are professionals.

Scotty from Faial Heating and Cooling Inc., was professional and great to work with. He responded to our call quickly and repaired our AC within 24 hours. He is very detailed and work was very tidy. I would recommend contacting him as he is very knowledgeable if you need assistance with your AC or furnace.

Bad costumer service! It is all about the money! Could be a good professional I don't know but costumer relationships very bad! Came to see my machine and try to sell me a new one right away!

I highly recommend them to my family and neighbours. Good service and very neat work. My folks home was serviced couple years ago with no issues by the same company. Everything has been running great.
