I contacted Scott for a quote to install a full hvac system in the house I was building . He was the most honest and felt like he was more trusting them any other contractor we had come by . Everything he told us for time line , pricing and starting was exactly as discussed , and on top all his pipes were straight like he used a laser . We had them install all the duct work, furnace and ac in our house . They go above and beyond by sealing EVERY single joint and connection with sealant paste . Not sure where these bad reviews came from because Scotty was incredible and I cant see him being rude or disrespectful especially to a customer . Any issues that we thought came up he came same or next day ( even though they were both false alarms ) . Cant say enough good things about the quality and craftsmanship HIGHLY recommend faial heating and cooling !
