Modern Roofing

We were very happy with our Experience with Modern Metal Roofing ... we did get five quotes (which was a bit daunting) but due to some bad experiences in our past, we wanted to be sure of who we were hiring. Dealing with Dave from Modern was great, he impressed us with not being pushy and he simply outlined the pros and cons of asphalt versus metal roofing. We decided metal was the way to go and we went with new gutters as well... The crew was great, on time every day, plus Dave was in touch with us daily, keeping us informed of the happenings of the project. They cleaned up beautifully as that was very important for me... We are so pleased with how great it all went and how awesome it looks ... I have mentioned Modern Metal Roofing to many of our friends, we highly recommend them ...

Excellent company and friendly, informative people. I wasn't sure about a metal roof for my home but Dave took the time to explain the benefits and features of both asphalt and metal roofing. For about 20% more I decided to go with the lifetime metal roof. I was kept in the loop from start to finish. They completed the work sooner than was expected and they thoroughly cleaned up. My roof looks outstanding and my neighbor who just had an asphalt roof installed is kicking himself now. ( that alone is worth the extra price) I am extremely happy and would highly recommend this company for any type of roof.
