I hired Sam to replace an outdoor deck staircase that was compromised by wood beetles and rot. Most contractors would not return my inquiries deeming it too small of a job.

Sam was very helpful in discussing options and even accompanied me to the hardware store to show me the products he would be using all before I officially agreed to hire him.

He charged me a very fair price for his labour and provided me with receipts for the materials he purchased for the job.

He has very reasonable price and always job well done he is helping us with our rental property to do paint, the doors and washroom.

He also helping us to do washroom shower and foset and always ready to give idea which is nice and cheap for the renovation around the house.

Sam has done several jobs for me including hanging pictures, fixing a gate, installing equipment to the outside of the house and painting.
