I hired Sam to replace an outdoor deck staircase that was compromised by wood beetles and rot. Most contractors would not return my inquiries deeming it too small of a job.

Sam was very helpful in discussing options and even accompanied me to the hardware store to show me the products he would be using all before I officially agreed to hire him.

He charged me a very fair price for his labour and provided me with receipts for the materials he purchased for the job.

Sams attention to detail, punctuality (finished the project in a timely manner) and professionalism were fantastic.
