Wade and his crew were here every morning on time and ready to go. Can't say enough about how great the job ended up being. They were flexible around our work schedule and with a new baby in the house that was really appreciated! Loving all the new space in our home.

HIGHLY recommend Wayde as a contractor. We hired him in January 2019 after our previous contractor did an awful job starting our kitchen and bathroom renovation and left before the work was done. Wayde came in and fixed all the mistakes that had been made and finished the job quickly and for a reasonable price.

I will absolutely be hiring him again when we do further renovations later this year.

I signed a large contract with Wayde owner of this company (see picture attached.) and made the mistake to give him a large deposit.
He claimed to be a general contractor but ultimately was an amateur worker at best and used my deposit against me to keep him on the job.

He made numerous mistakes in all the work he did on my site. luckily i had inspectors checking his work and identifying the errors. while wayde was willing to fix these mistakes he took a long time and significantly delayed my project in the process.

Some key mistakes:
1. Framing work - Wayde drilled large holes at the bottom of several joists in order to pass water lines through instead of making smaller holes in the middle of the joists. large holes at the bottom of joists cause the joists to weaken. he was trying to find a short cut in doing this work.

2. Insulation work - wayde initially only put 1 layer of insulation in the ceiling as opposed to filling the ceiling void completely as per the code. he clearly did not know the code. furthermore Wayde failed to install the vapour barrier all the way to the top of the subfloor and therefore had many gaps in the vapour barrier. he failed insulation inspections 3 times.

3. drywall work - Wayde installed the drywall on the ceiling in an unstable manner so the drywall moved. this work had to be redone.
Also Wayde was quite negligent in his work and covered 3 heating vents in the ceiling with drywall. pure incompetence.

you cannot trust this man for knowing what he's doing or to work with integrity. he certainly does not know the code and often blames others for his mistakes & ignorance. he also takes your deposit and then you're either stuck using his poor services or lose your money.

i highly recommend against hiring this contractor.

We gave a contract to the contractor Wayde from Northland construction on Dec 22nd, 2018 to replace a laminate floor, a window in a wall and kitchen cabinets. we signed for 7500 and he asked for 3000 on the same time, we transferred on same time . after that , he came on other day to remove the carpet on the floor . then never showed up . we called several times, he just stopped responding . Basically he took our 3000 dollars and never came back to finish his work . Be aware of contractors like him .

A large amount of what I paid for was to repair what my former contractor messed up.
I asked Wayde, my contractor to hit my on-suite and redo an update. This Reno was done within the timeline agreed and under budget.
Wayde fixed many of the “not to code” items with a smile and a head shake just not understanding why contractors perform such shauty workmanship.
Patiently working with Charlie Brown my brown tabby because he is a real difficult customer!
Wayde also renovated my basement by removing the carpeting, replacing it with wood flooring, painting and replacing baseboards.
He also took a storage area adjacent to a crawl space and turned it into a spa-like bathroom!!!!
