I had Trouble with my LG washer and it has now been fixed to my complete satisfaction. The customer care team was exceedingly responsive and the technicians were thoroughly professional. Unlike my experiences with other companies, Elite Appliance Services was very professional, Responsive and on time..Larry came in the first day, accessed the Stove, ordered the parts immediately. As soon as the parts was available, Larry came and fixed it. On these two appointments, Larry did not keep us waiting. My service number is 459173

I purchased a new top of the line Frigidaire all fridge which took months to get due to covid and to have quality issues with the display panel within the fridge was disappointing. I am happy that the warranty claim went smooth, I was sent a great repair service, they saw the issue and fixed quickly for me. Overall that made me happy, Great communication, very little delays, did repairs with no issues. Thank you Elite Appliance.

Samsung refridgerator/freezer warranty repair

The technicians (Larry & another) were very friendly and professional. They sent me a courtesy text 30 minutes before arrival. This was a warranty repair and required a complete system rebuild. This took around 3.5 hours to complete.

Elite Appliance Service does not disappoint

I have used Elite Appliance Repair Service several times now for my Samsung fridge (which is not a great endorsement for Samsung) and they provide quality service and are very professional. The technician (Larry) was able to immediately diagnose my problem (work order number :457644) and was able to complete the repair very quickly once parts came in. I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repair. You won’t be disappointed.
