We are very happy to have discovered Elite Appliance Service (work order number: 467179) since wisely, Lowes uses them for their Extended Warranty repairs. We are impressed with their prompt, pleasant and very professional communication, when they set up the appointment and then call or text with the "3 hour window of arrival" as well as letting you know that the repair person "is 40 minutes away". In our situation, David was again prompt, very thorough and pleasant and although ours was a Warranty call (the price being perfect!) we are pleased to have the peace of mind of know that we will call Elite Appliance, should the need arise with any of our appliances in the future. This was a very, very positive experience. Our service technician Larry was efficient, experienced, competent, and friendly. With horror stories of some appliance repair places being less than stellar, I was relieved that Elite is definitely not in that category.
