I called the company and explained my fridge issue. They sent out a tech that said it was a gas issue (obvious from the problem explained over the phone). He was nice enough, collected the $89 call out fee, referred me to a gas tech, said one would be contacting me.
Since then, nobody has called me and my concerns are being ignored. No calls or emails returned.
Basically, they charged me $89 for something I already knew, and provided no assistance whatsoever to resolve my problem.
Lesson learned, never again.
