These guys are professionals, and know how tp approach issues with appliance carefully. We needed assistance with a refrigerator overcooling. The vent was blocked. We thought to adjust the settings, however, their technician did it much better. He was also very attentive to our questions, and answered them without irritation but with a smile. He shared some tips on what to do in future if the same issues appear.

They have the best commercial services in the area. We turn to them for range hood repairs. The last time, the problem was massive noises which we couldn’t tolerate anymore. Their expert spent around 20 minutes overlooking the unit, and told us he needed to adjust the belts. We didn't pay much. satisfied as allays.

The Technician from Appliance repair expert came on Monday Jan 31st to run diagnostics and let me know the issue the cost for the visit $111.87 will be waived if I let them do the repairs. I was with him all the 17 min he spent pressing buttons. then he told me the main control panel is damaged even all the light were on it just will not start the cycle and he said the cost will be $700+ to repair it
After he left I wasn't convinced he knew what he was doing. so I googled the issue and run the diagnostics which he didn't do and found the Error F0 E1 and I cleared it and ran self test and it start to working I did 3 loads no problem. I contacted the company for refund they provided an email
I emailed no answer. don't hire this company

Last month requested refrigerator maintenance because I was scared to encounter noises in the future like it was with my previous fridge. The Appliance Repair Expert sent a repairman the next day who did some tricks. Hopefully, it will serve me for many years, I was promised that at least.

Cannot believe they repaired my microwave which traveled across the country with me. It didn't heat the food, so I was totally depressed to prepare money for the new unit. Thank you, Appliance Repair Expert. You prevented me from huge new expenses.

Absolutely terrible experience.

The technician did not put everything back together on my stove and told me to glue a part back on myself. Reviewing documents myself showed that he just forgot to put that part together properly and it is not meant to be glued.

He also left debris under the range top and was rude and insulting when I phoned him about it.

After 5 days I have still not heard from management about any of these issues.

Absolutely do not use this company.
