These guys are professionals, and know how tp approach issues with appliance carefully. We needed assistance with a refrigerator overcooling. The vent was blocked. We thought to adjust the settings, however, their technician did it much better. He was also very attentive to our questions, and answered them without irritation but with a smile. He shared some tips on what to do in future if the same issues appear.
