Hello, as per your request we sent a technician out and upon arrival he explained he will try and fix your machine for $240.00 labor if it did not require a part. The parts cost alone is $322.00 and that's the price that was quoted. He had spent over 40 minutes there and opened up your entire machine therefore he did attempt to fix it hence the request of the $220.00. After you called the office we explained that its fine and you can pay just the service call. We are sorry you feel this way but he did work very hard there. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and please call our office so we can recify this situation for you. 

You had called our company to look at a fridge, and we sent the technician out. Upon arrival we learned
another company had just come out and replaced many parts and were unable to repair the fridge. We
typically don’t do work after another company as we are not sure what they have done. You provided us
a list of parts this other company replaced, and we advised the inverter board does not have any power,
therefore we will replace that, and if the problem will continue the evap fan motor will need to be
replaced. After replacing the inverter board we advised that the motor needs replacing and you did not
want to proceed even though we had advised you from the beginning this is what needs to be done. We
feel what we offered is more than fair and we gave you plenty of solutions and options yet you declined
every one of them, and chose to write a review. We also offered different payment options, you choose to pay cash and an invoice was issued to you.
