My dishwasher was broken. Not draining. They said 90 for service call. i said ok. They sent a guy who had no idea what he was doing. He first told me $240 to fix it. I said thats cheaper than a new one. and then asked if $240 would for sure fix it. His english was horrible. He said yes. so i said go ahead. 20 minutes later he said the parts would be another $300. I said this makes no sense??!! $540 for an old dishwasher?? no just the service call is fine. I will buy a new one. But i will pay for the service call. I went to pay and he told me $271.20. I had a broken dishwasher and a bill for $271.20. I spoke to the manager and was furious. couldnt believe they were charging me when he couldnt fix it. I refused and only paid the service charge. After he left my son found a clog in the drain hose.

Hello, as per your request we sent a technician out and upon arrival he explained he will try and fix your machine for $240.00 labor if it did not require a part. The parts cost alone is $322.00 and that's the price that was quoted. He had spent over 40 minutes there and opened up your entire machine therefore he did attempt to fix it hence the request of the $220.00. After you called the office we explained that its fine and you can pay just the service call. We are sorry you feel this way but he did work very hard there.
