I contacted Yevhen through HomeStars about a leak coming from my washing machine. He called in 10 minutes, set up an appointment to come within two days, and gave me an estimate on possible costs.
I was worried that my 15-yr old unit which was part of a ‘stacked washer/dryer space-saver combo’ was giving up the ghost. Also, it was in a very tight space and would be difficult to get to.
What a surprise to see Yevhen neatly take it all apart without having to move any doors or shelves! Even better, he found that it was not a serious problem, explained all to me, and then put it back together again.
