Very easy to deal with. Showed up on time when he said he would. Prices were reasonable and all work was done in a professional manner. Highly recommend using him. Have used him twice now and both service calls were above and beyond expectations. Will use him again for sure.

My fridge had been leaking water during defrost into the bottom of the freezer for months and I'd have to periodically smash it and remove the shards to avoid overflows onto the floor. The dishwasher had become very noisy and something was obviously wrong so we stopped using it. I delayed fixing them due to my anxiety about finding a good new repairman (my last contractor discovery, despite good reviews, led to a nightmare).

Yevhen was the only one of several calls that actually answered the first call, and came the next day. He fixed the fridge right away and ordered the dishwasher parts. He back a couple days later to fix the dishwasher.

Yevhen is quick, thorough, clean, and very nice. I'm glad I found him!

My dishwasher stopped working. I called Yevhen and he came within 3 hours. The problem appeared to be with the control panel (which is VERY expensive to replace) He said he was going to try to reboot the system, that sometimes that will work. To my delight that was successful. He offered a 3 month warranty. He is a very pleasant man and his service was excellent. I was thrilled with my choice of repairman.

Yevhen responded to my request for service very quickly and we were able to set up a service call. My dishwasher did not drain. I sent him the model number so he could bring a new pump if that proved to be the problem. After performing the diagnostic tests to prove that was the problem and that it was not an electrical problem, Yevhen replaced the drain pump. All was done very professionally and carefully as water was involved. An excellent repair.

Finally... I’ve met the appliance service technician I trust and will recommend to family and friends. Yevhen asked all the right questions before arriving to fix my washing machine. Arrived with the right part. Showed the price of the part and labour clearly. There was also a small leak I had not notified, he has now sourced that part and will return with no additional labour cost. Can’t beat that for service and care. Thanks Yevhen.

Very courteous and prompt service. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue very quickly. Have almost come to expect somewhat rude service people and it was refreshing to find Yevhen.

I put a service request for installing a new cabinet hood range I bought with an existing one. Yevhen responded promptly and was very understanding on working out a schedule that worked for both of us. Upon meeting him, he worked efficiently and always respected my home and its surrounding area to ensure everything was kept clean and nothing would be damaged. I found him to be extremely diligent and a very pleasant gentleman. He diagnosed and had my dishwasher up and running in no time. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
