I have a 15 year old Whirlpool Duet clothes dryer that has been working great for 15 years and recently it started to make a squealing noise....still working great, but obviously something was wearing out.

Yevhen sent out Ivan to have a look. Ivan took 20 seconds to diagnose the issues and was out the door to get the parts. It needed a service kit to replace some bearings, pully, etc.

When he got back, the part place gave him the wrong pully, but not deturbed; out he went again to ensure the dryer was up and running that day.

By days end, he had the dryer apart and back together and now it runs like it did on day one. No need to buy a new dryer as they do not make them like this anymore.

Ivan's customer service skills were great, and I have zero issues with the work, or the price.
