Yevhen is the best!! We were looking at having to re-work our recently renovated kitchen if the refrigerator could not be repaired. Multiple attempts were made by another company without success. Thank goodness we found Yevhen. He came in and thoughtfully assessed the situation knowing that another experienced technician had been in before. After much consideration Yevhen suggested a somewhat radical solution. This involved (super responsible) refrigerant recovery and re-introduction. Sealants, brazing, and adding components that would allow for easier service later... Documentation of all was written down and tucked into a sleeve at the back of the fridge for a future service person to read... (who does that??!) 5 Star, 100/100, Platinum Rating, Thumbs Up from us.
