Yevhen is the best!! We were looking at having to re-work our recently renovated kitchen if the refrigerator could not be repaired. Multiple attempts were made by another company without success. Thank goodness we found Yevhen. He came in and thoughtfully assessed the situation knowing that another experienced technician had been in before. After much consideration Yevhen suggested a somewhat radical solution. This involved (super responsible) refrigerant recovery and re-introduction. Sealants, brazing, and adding components that would allow for easier service later... Documentation of all was written down and tucked into a sleeve at the back of the fridge for a future service person to read... (who does that??!) 5 Star, 100/100, Platinum Rating, Thumbs Up from us. I had a sad Bosch dishwasher. The door springs were damaged and it flopped open uncontrollably when loading dishes. It was only a matter of time til this was going to cause serious damage to the hinge. I searched online and found FAc. The communication was prompt and excellent. The follow-up to booking was also excellent. The day before I received a personal call to confirm the appointment (who does this?!!). On site, the technician was knowledgeable, patient and non-alarmist (the best trait). They had everything in the truck to make the necessary repairs. We said, 'yes' and the door was fixed within an hour. Sweet. Highly recommend.
