They installed two doors a couple years ago, with no real issues. In Dec one panel got damaged on a door, I had them out, gave them a deposit of $700 with a promise to come first week of January to replace it. It is now February and I can not get ahold of them to schedule the replacement. If I could I would have dealt with someone else. Stay away!

Eight months ago, Premium Doors installed a new track for our garage door, which came with a five year warranty. Recently, we had the same problem with the track that they installed, so we called to have it checked out.

The owner came, and after just pressing the wall switch a few times to open and close the garage door, he concluded that everything was too old, that the door was too heavy for the opener to lift it, and that the problem had nothing to do with the track that they installed. He said that the only solution would be to buy a whole new door and opener assembly, which he'd be able to provide.

I explained that the issue was exactly the same one we had before with the old track, and that is why they recommended installing a new one. And now we were having the same problem with the new one that they installed.

The technician got very defensive and said that the previous tech had been fired. To which I pointed out that the company should still be responsible for the job that he did under warranty. He became offensive and would hear no more, saying that he is the professional and therefore we had no right to disagree with him. He then said he'd put a directive on my file not to answer any more service calls from my address, and left, calling my tenant and me "animals".

In short, we had a problem with the track that they installed under warranty, and they did not do anything to resolve it.

He charged us $1000 and one day after the door springs broke. The whole time he was sitting in his car & talking on the ph. After that the door spring keeps breaking on us. We called another company. I really think James has no idea how to repair a garage door. Awful customer service on top of not knowing the job. Do not trust him at all.

I ordered a pair of garage door from them, simple panel nothing special, after they installed the door they told me I didn't ask for door opener so the new garage door would only open manually! I said you should have told me to the owner, James (Shai) and he said "you're trying to squeeze me and I don't like it"! I was so disappointed that he said such thing when I didn't even ask for a discount when he gave me the price, so I told him of course when I get a new pair of doors I expect them to open. They he raised his voice, telling me I wanted free service and think people are
my "slaves" . I hing up the phone in shock when he kept calling me from a private number. After few times I pick
ed up when he started shouting and yelling and calling me a bad word. See the images of the chain of his text messages below.

Stay away from this company. They are dishonest workers and spending most of their time making excuses. Find another company and do yourself a favor.
