Felco Supply Fireplace And Mantel

Rich & his team at Felco Fireplace were absolutely amazing to work with. We live a couple hours from Oakville but couldn't find the fireplace we wanted close to home. We reached out to Felco Fireplace, who carry and install a variety of fireplaces, including the modern styles we were looking for. We dealt with Felco Fireplace completely through email and phone until it was time to install, which was a bit unsettling as we were putting our trust in a company we didn't know. They truly delivered. Communication was fantastic and they offered professional advice throughout the process to make sure we had the fireplace we wanted. They came when they said they would come, and finished the job when they said they would. When the construction around the fireplace was finally complete (months after it was installed) and we were ready to turn the fireplace on, Rich came up from Oakville to make sure everything was running as it should. If you're looking for a fireplace, Felco Fireplace was nothing short of amazing - I HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

Richard is fabulous. I had some unique needs for a fireplace and had done a lot of research and been to several companies. My girlfriend worked with Felco before and recommended them. I read a poor review on line and was hesitant but the moment I met Richard I knew I made the right decision. He is knowledgeable, accomadating and knew exactly what I was looking for. He also has great ideas and aims to please. The workmanship is exceptinooal and they are very honest and well priced.

i don't know where that poor review came from, but it was nothing like my experience or my friend's experience and she has worked ith them three times already.

Great service at a competitive price. Rob and his crew installed a Valor Gas Fireplace insert in 1/2 day. Unit performs well, installation was neat and the room was left very clean & tidy.

I should have trusted my feeling when noticing absolutely zero reviews for a business claiming over 30 years of experience. They did not reply back after receiving deposit for work to be done.
