Troya Windows & Doors

I was in desperate need of new exterior doors and came across Troya Doors ads in Instagram. I don't typically reoly to these online ads, but took a chance and I have been very grateful ever since!

I worked very closely with Berk, who helped me custom make my doors to my specific needs, while schedulimg around my ever evolving major home renovation. There were a few hiccups along the way, but a testament to a great company is how quickly they were to address and resolve the issue and get us back on track.

Once the original doors were removed, it was quite obvious the degree of water damage and the poor craftsmanship that the builder had done installing these exterior doors. Thankfully, Berk's crew had come in and not only replaced the doors but ensured that they were water and wind tight and I no longer have any issues with sound or water damage, creating a solid barrier to me and the outdoor elements.

There's only a couple more doors that I have yet to replace, including some windows and many window coverings, and I am already prepared to do that in a second phase project with Berk and his team because I know that I will be in excellent hands who will take care of me in every step of the way. Berk and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and have proven to be very easy to work with, so working on another project is a no brainer.

I can't say enough how much I enjoy using these doors and working with Troy because of their premium quality and perfect installation, adding more value to my home and giving me endless Peace of Mind!

We bought our front door and windows from Troya windows and door Woodbridge, cant tell how frustrating this turn to with our front door, air was coming through crazy and have reported them many time to fix it, their Tec came many times and left with no solution by saying Thats the best we can do and recommend that Their owner Mel said this is all we can do best from our side, dont know if the front doors supposed to leak water and air like this, I have requested my warranty certificate and didnt get it till today. How bad this manufacturer and installation. Everyone please we work hard to earn money to spend on our property, dont get stuck and waste your hard earn dollars with this company. Please see the pictures and videos attached, this is such a frustrating moment for me while I m writing this review. I will reach out to Canadian consumers for this complaint also, so home stander policy can apply to this company,

Just got my door installed. Very happy and safisfied. I would definitely recommend this company. Workers are friendly and professional. Price is pretty good worths to what you got in.

professionalism ,product,installation and quality of the door is garbage I waited a month for the door and I had to call them to get an answer.
The day they came for the install they were missing some trim pieces and I offered to go get them. Drove from Ajax all the way to there shop in Woodbridge 1 and half hour of driving also cost me gas and a 407 bill no discount was offered for my services. When I got back they were almost done and I asked them where is my alarm wire they said we don’t do that and decided to bury it under the new door. So I called my alarm company to get a wireless sensor which cost me $59.00. The finished product they had no pride or attention to detail nail holes wasn’t filled silicon on the outside was covered in sawdust wrong colour doesn’t match the door and the inside door trim was to short and they decided to fill it with dap.The bottom of the inside door which meets the ceramic was filled with dap sloppy job I ended up buying quarter round to hide there messy job. No wipe down on the door when the job was done with silicone fingerprints all over.
Very disappointed.
If you want quality do not use this company.

I am very impressed. From start to finish both Troya Team (sales and installation) were professional, timely, quick, clean and thorough. The install was just completed, but I don't see any problem. Windows and my patio doors look great. Thank you very much Troya!

Their customer service is terrific, they came to measure our windows sizes the same day I called. Then sent me the quote and once everything was finalized they started with the work right away. The Installation crew was very friendly, kept to their business, finished the task and left without leaving a mess behind. Super impressive. I told all my co-workers if they needed any work done.

I Had a good experience with Troya Windows & Doors. The Installers got here about 15-20 minutes before they we’re supposed to. They kept on schedule and finished in the time frame they gave us. The price was good but the service was even better. The windows and doors look amazing and I couldn’t be more pleasured with their service.
