After my furnace kicked the bucket last minute, I was surprised how much my "gas supplier" who I have dealt with for years was trying to charge. Even various companies I called gave me different estimates and no one could come within the week.
A co-worker recommended Armand I was a little hesitant using a smaller company. Armand gave me a great rate, they came out the next day in a freezing rain storm to London and installed the furnace of my choice. As an Industrial Electrician I was really happy with their prompt service and workmanship.
He even took the time the following day to help me register it online for the warranty.

Armand was quick to respond to our call and was able to check out our furnace within a day. Upon inspection, he determined that it didn't yet need replacement (or repair) and suggested that we should consider replacing the 19-year-old furnace for next winter. We truly appreciate his honesty and integrity and fully expect to call him back in early Fall when we're ready to replace the furnace with a new one.

Arman and I had several conversations about what options I had for my custom 'two zone' system - replacement or fix my 13 yr old system. He also made sure to carefully research my system set up to make sure that we were considering the right units.

In the end, a replacement was the better choice for me. His team arrived the next day, were thorough, professional and meticulous with their install. His team also coordinated my energy audit so that I could take advantage of any rebates. Have only had the system for a few days now but all of the issues that I needed resolved have been addressed.
