From the get go, Armando was very professional and helpful. I had him and his team install a new furnace and A/C as well as adding new returns and venting.
His team arrived on time and the install went smoothly. Upon completion, Armando took the time to walk me through all of the work and answered all the questions I had.

I felt the need to write this review, to help others in their search for an honest and great company. From the first moment we called Pro Climate, Armando and his team were professional and very client first focused. He listened to our needs and asked questions to provide the right advice. Based on that, he proposed a plan we had not thought of. He moved our furnace and water heater to create additional usable space in the room.
On the day of install, Armando and his team were clean, efficient, reliable, polite and respectful. They were also empathetic as we have an elderly person in our house and needed to install the furnace during a cold spell. As promised, he made it a priority to take care of us. Watching them from a far, I could see the experience they possessed from removal to install. You cannot compromise on the value of a properly installed furnace and water tank.
Pro Climate gave us quality material and product at a great price! We are replacing our AC next summer with them.
I would not hesitate to recommend this team to family and friends.

I am a single woman with NO knowledge of furnaces :) Calling repairmen is always daunting, as I have to put complete trust in to what I am being told! My experience with Daniel was amazing. He answered my call immediately, was attentive and calming and 24 hours later - and it was not an emergency call! - my furnace was fixed.

He and his colleague wore masks, made a point of explaining what he was doing with the furnace, gave me an estimate, showed me the part that was replaced and left it with me.

I cannot recommend this company more highly and will be having Daniel install a tankless water heater soon!!

Top notch service, ultra-competitive pricing. The team showed up exactly at the pre-agreed upon time, wet up shop, installed the system and tested everything including troubleshooting a cheap builder thermostat with dead batteries.

Daniel and his team are awesome!! Had an air conditioner that was installed improperly both inside and out and they were able to come and put a new one in and take the old one away without any problems. Daniel spent at least 30 minutes answering my questions, followed up after the job and told me to call anytime. When I called, he always answered promptly. The crew came and were very experienced and knowledgeable and told me right away to ask any questions. They cleaned up and helped move a patio stone. Customer service was excellent!! Will definitely recommend them.

Last November our furnace gave out on us. It was the day before a major cold snap, and I was absolutely panicked! I called Pro Climate. We used them previously to install a Carrier AC unit in our old house and were really happy with their professionalism and the quality of work. Armando was kind enough to arrange to have the work done the same day as he was concerned that we would have no furnace during such cold weather. His team arrived at my home within 3 hours of the call! They were fast, friendly and super efficient. They cleaned up and made sure to take all of the waste and packaging away. We were thrilled with the service. The other thing to note is that we shopped around the previous year in preparation for our eventual purchase of a new furnace and Pro Climate was significantly cheaper than every other HVAC company we checked. It was the same for the AC they installed in our old house. Hands down they are the most reasonably priced company I've seen. I have been referring this company to friends and family since 2010 and will continue to do so as they are in my opinion, the best HVAC company out there. Everyone I have referred them to agrees!

I purchased a complete package consisting of: Lennox Furnace 70K BTU, Lennox 2 T AC, Media filter and Aprilaire humidifier.
Armando made sure I got the best price, and I did as I had a number of free estimates. I confirmed the quote on Saturday and he had his installers come and complete the install on the following Monday!! That was just amazing service. My furnace runs so much quieter and I no longer have cold or hot spots in my house. Heytam and Chris were the installers and they were very professional and concerned that I was happy with the complete install. Kim who handles contacting the customer to confirm the quote, the install booking and payment was such a pleasure to deal with. She also took care of registering my products so my warranty is bumped from 5 years to 10 years. Look NO further for your HVAC concerns. My A/C unit died during a heatwave and it wasn't expected or welcomed. Called a few places and WOW not all companies are alike...none were like Pro Climate. Prices were super high with the others and the "salespeople" provided NO options. They told me what I could buy...wrong! Saw Pro Climates ad in Kijji so I took a chance and called and ended up speaking to Armando. Great guy! Within minutes he helped me out. I still had other appointments booked but cancelled them right away. They gave me options, a great price and with Kim's help (she was also equally great) we had financing done in 5 minutes with a 12 month plan that no one could beat and I mean no one! These guys are being recommended to everyone from now on. Do yourself a favour and go with these guys...can't say enough good things about them. FYI-the installers (2 of them) were personable and professional!

I another company in Vaughan had installed my AC (A1 Joseph) it was so bad and made a lot of noise but Pro Climate guys fixed it and it works really well not only that they came in again the next day to make sure everything is ok and he called me today on the second day to again make sure everything is working well.

On the weekend my wife and I decided we needed to replace our A/C unit. We found a number of places which made high end recommendations only based on the size of the house.
We then found Pro Climate. Armando asked us various questions, like how long we plan to stay in the house, budget, and age of home, so that he can better understand the type of house and our lifestyle to work with.

Ha made a few suggestions and told us to do our research. We never felt pressure, and even a few days later when we had more questions he responded promptly. He was professional and pleasant as always on the phone and text messages.

We finally made a decision to go with a Carrier unit. We booked the install for Friday the week of may 25th, as Armando was fully booked. This was on Tuesday. Armando sent me a text the very next day letting me know he had an opening for 12 that day.

His guys were prompt, kind, and happy to answer more questions. They were clean, wore safety PPE (masks and gloves) and even laid down tarps to protect our floors. In and out in 3.5 hours.

My wife and I will only recommend ARMANDO AND HIS TEAM from now on.
