Arman and I had several conversations about what options I had for my custom 'two zone' system - replacement or fix my 13 yr old system. He also made sure to carefully research my system set up to make sure that we were considering the right units. In the end, a replacement was the better choice for me. Have only had the system for a few days now but all of the issues that I needed resolved have been addressed.
