I am satisfied with all aspects of my experience buying and installing a new furnace with Pro Climate. Armando spent a long time at the house figuring out the best, least disruptive way to install the furnace in our finished basement. The pricing was very competitive compared with other quotes that I received. And the actual installation was done in exactly the way that Armando said it would be done. The guys got it done in a reasonable time and left no mess. Great work. I would highly recommend Pro Climate to other people.

Our Furnace stopped working in the middle of a heatwave and they came out to replace our unit the very next day! I had an issue with my old HVAC system, and every winter, I suffered from my furnace. I came across the name Pro Climate while searching on the Carrier website, as they are a main dealer of Carrier. The positive reviews encouraged me to contact them. They booked a free visit for me and traveled from Vaughan to Niagara Falls.

Armando was very professional and explained all the options to me. Initially, I was thinking about replacing only my furnace, but he provided me with an irresistible offer to replace my old AC as well with a new heat pump. We arranged a day for installation, and Mehrdad, his partner, did a great job with the installation and was very professional.

i had old Furnace that was need to be replaced, i saw Pro climate team installing Carrier Furnace to my neighbor, i didn't contact them till i spoke with my neighbor to get her feedback about the new Furnace and to know the whole process to get a new one for me, i was shocked when she told me that, she contacted them on Monday and just next day " Tuesday " they came and installed it and the unit is working perfectly, so i called them and they were very professional and did a great work at my house.
i really recommend Them and will use them again as long as they provide this great service.

i had an old AC, and a new Furnace , however, i spent a lot of money every month on my oil Bill, i saw their website and the info they provide about the new heat pump and how it pay for itself through savings gas bill, i was hesitated at the beginning, but after that i took the step , i called them, the man who answered me "Bob" explained everything to me and answered my questions whether about the Heat pump or general ones, then he sent to me a free inspection, their technacain was professional as well and they provided the estimate which was good price, and next day Mehrdad visited me and did a great work with installation and before leaving they made sure to leave everything clean as it was before the job .

Armando and Pro Climate team are amazing. They really understand the customers needs and then create the best solutions. They are very knowledgeable with HVAC, Furnace, Boiler, Hydronics. They put together a great solution for my home, best technology, and best service. Installation of furnace, boiler and hydronics was incredible. I had a very old furnace which broke up 3 weeks ago.
After a couple of reviews, when I came up with their name on Google and saw their reviews. I thought this can be trustworthy as they've had reviews since a decade ago and top scores.
And I was not wrong. They gave me good quote compared with others, plus an extra year of labor on my new furnace.
Installation team, Mehradad and Kourosh, were nice and professional.
So far, so good. I can recommend you to use their service. I wish they can continue their good job as many years as possible.

I had an old furnace, and I decided to contact Pro Climate. One of my neighbors recommended them, and I gave them a call to replace it. They did so in 24 hours. Their technician was very professional and cleaned everything before leaving. For any future job I have, I will definitely call them first.

My 10 year old Furnace was not working. I called Proclimate. They were quick to come to service my FN. I was offered different solutions to repair my Furnace . I decided to have it replaced. The new Furnace was done within a 24 h. They were so professional and the work was done efficiently. After the work was done they cleaned up all the mess they made and took the garbage with them. I would recommend Pro Climate.
