We contacted Fabiano after a referral from neighbors. We were looking to have carpet removed and new vinyl flooring put in as well as some minor repairs to the bathroom. Fabiano and his team finished the job in less time than he stated, we were happy with quality of work and would absolutely recommend to a friend.

We had two passive water leaks in our ceiling from the bathrooms upstairs, which was also an opportunity to scrape the stucco ceiling and install potlights.

FV Renovations came promptly, estimated the work, and started the job in short order. Fabiano renovated our tired looking master bedroom and en-suite to be something out of a design magazine. Much like finding a good mechanic, one of the most important considerations for us was in finding a contractor that we could trust and there is no one better than Fabiano and his team. If there was anything we weren’t completely happy with during construction, Fabiano fixed it right away and even accommodated some changes to our design along the way without charging us extra. The job was completed on time and budget. As for quality of workmanship, the attached photos speak for themselves. We were so impressed with our bathroom that we’ve already hired Fabiano for our next project.

I am absolutely blown away by Fabiano and his team. Clear and transparent communication every step of the way. No surprises. Very accommodating of changes we wanted to make and all of our questions. Entire condo's interior got remove, including the built-in closet to creat niches. Great work with the floor, kitchen cabinets, tiles, paints, HVAC and plumbing.
