We worked with Fabiano 2 more times in 2023 (originally had him and his team do a major project in 2022) and were extremely happy with the results. First project was helping us with some work in our ensuite bathroom/closet including fixing our closet and custom fitting an Ikea Pax wardrobe for improved functionality. As well as installing a fan to reduce humidity. Everything came out very well and the project was done in a very timely manner Second project (part A) was removal of an old "shed". It was completed in 1.5 days (ahead of schedule) and we were thrilled to have it gone! Big thanks to Paolo on that one Second project (part B) was improving the backyard space with things including: - adding 2 electrical outlets for a new garage door and general needs - removing old concrete and pouring new - fixing a concrete wall that was not in great shape - rebuilding back stairs and adding railing - adding small fence - adding stucco and removing old material Everything turned out great and we were extremely satisfied with his teams work on the stairs and fence, the electrician he hired for the electrical and the stucco person did a fantastic job. The only part we were not as happy with was the concrete person was not overly reliable on his schedule and would sometimes make changes to plans without communicating. Luckily Fabiano would be on top of it. I will say we are happy with the poured concrete at the end of the day so the job was finished well there. Fabiano provides fair prices and realistic estimates on work and has been a trusted contractor for us for the past two years. We have enjoyed working with him.

Fabiano was such a pleasure to work with from the start. After reading so many great reviews we felt confident in hiring him and his team for our renos. We challenged him with the following main projects: - overhaul the laundry/furnace room - change 3 windows - new door installation - create new closet that was functional for clothes and storage - create storage under the stairs - add railing to staircase - new jambs and sliding glass door on shower - barn door and pocket door installation - removal of built in bookcase (including changing pipe) In addition to the above there were also other smaller projects as well that his team did a great job on. Fabiano always listened to our requests and concerns and was always such a calm presence to deal with. When we had some last minute additions (removal of bookcase for instance, which ended up having a surprise pipe issue), he graciously added it on and did a better job than we could have hoped for! The rest of his team was also so polite, courteous and respectful. By far my favourite pieces were the new closet and the pocket door. All the changes he has helped us achieve in our home has made our lives much improved. We will definitely consider FV Renovations for future projects
