Mark and the team at New Depths lowered our basement and completed the underpinning. They also installed an infloor heating system and two structural beams.
We live in an old Toronto house in an area with a high water table. The soil was hard clay. The project was challenging and Mark did an outstanding job of managing it all.
Mark spent time understanding the project up front - his quote was accurate and all elements of the project were described and explained to us clearly. During the project, Mark communicated regularly with us, his team was reliable and trustworthy. The team did their best to keep the worksite as tidy as possible.
The quality of the finished product was excellent. The basement looks great, and was left ready for finishing. Mark went the extra mile to coordinate several times with our finishing contractor to ensure a smooth transition.
