Furnace family exceeded my expectations starting with my first contact Chris. Chris was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a exceptional manner. The 2 technicians and electrician were courteous and went above and beyond what I expected. Great employees. I have been recommending Furnace Family to my friends and family since they installed my furnace and hot water heater 4 years ago. I will continue to do so. I really trust them and believe you get great value and service.

They showed up on time and were very professional. They completed all the work in a timely manner and made sure everything was cleaned after they were finished. All of the work was completed as promised. The installers were very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with.

I recently had Liam from Furnace Family come out and inspect both my furnaces and AC unit. He was incredibly helpful and walked me through all the points of inspection, would 10/10 have him back for futures services.

Repair done quickly and efficiently. Matthew was very courteous and explained what the repair would cost before install of the capacitator. Also recharged the system and gave it a cleaning. . I will need a new furnace and air conditioner in the near future ( as ours are 23 years old) and will certainly give the furnace family priority.

This was a one year check up on our new furnace, AC and water heater. Technicians make sure they call before coming, they arrive on time, they send reminders and the technicians are friendly, courteous and competent. Their prices are comparative but you won't have to worry the service not being there if/when you need it. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I worked with my father in construction and uncles in the trades and dealt with great furnace people but it was always this is what we have, it’s a great price and we’ll show up to the door to install it as soon as we can load it on the truck.

There was nothing that Furnace Family did that I couldn’t do if I wanted to get a cheaper unit and install it myself.
