Furnace Family

It started with the phone call into the shop, great customer service and it trickled down to the Tech who came to my house for the repairs . Jeff was amazing great personality and he explained everything he was doing with a great sense of humor. I had been out of heat for a couple of days and after searching and reading reviews I narrowed to The Furnace Family. Highly recommend

We had Furnace Family change our furnace last week. what a great experience, from the no pressure super knowledgeable sales guy Dave to the install crew everyone was great. We were kept in the loop the whole time. I would highly recommend!!!

We got a new furnace and AC installed last week what a amazing experience. Dave came out to give us a estimate funny thing we bought a furnace 10 years ago from him when he was at The Furnace Company. We stopped using that company after Reliance took over and customer service went down hill. Come to learn Furnace Family is the old owner of Furnace Company... Customer service is back in Edmonton. Install went great guys explained every step. We could not be happier go with this company you won't be disappointed !!!!!

Was one of the only companies willing to come same day service which was great. He did a few test and found that the pressure switch was faulty. He was well prepared and had a spare in his truck and replaced. Only issue is it wasn't covered under warranty because convienently the company has a policy to look into warranty is 60$ charge if they didn't do the initial instal. Part was 50$ so made sense to just pay for part.

I would just like to let everyone know the experience I had with Dave the salesman , Tyler and Matt the installers. I have been a manager for many years myself and have worked with the public all my life. I must say from dealing with Dave which was a change in regards to no pressure and your options according to your budget and the turn around time was amazing.

he basically gives you the options with your budget and lets you decide in the end.He will show you the differences but not once did I ever feel I was being up sold.

I decided to go with the deal and it was so smooth and professional.

Tyler and Matt are a asset to this company as it is rare to find people like this who should so much pride in their work as if it was their own home.

made an emergency call because furnace was not working properly he got here about an hour later and fix it . He was quick , professional and very friendly I would highly recommend this company

Annual check up. We first met Jeff when he responded in the evening to fix our Grand daughter's furnace while she was on vacation. Excellent work and service. Fixed the problem there and then came and worked on ours. Highly recommended!

Pilot light was going out periodically. Quick cleaning resolved issue. Service repair person was very personal and informative.
