Kevin from Furnace Family was awesome! My 38 year old Lennox blower finally failed. I called in a different company who came out, told me everything I told them on the phone (38 year old Lennox with a failed fan) and they declined the work. Kevin arrived, diagnoses the problem, found a replacement part and had the heat on in under 3 hours including travel time to pick up the replacement part. He even offered an option to wait until Monday morning which would have saved me $200 ($100 of which I paid to the parts store owner to open on Sunday) ... Five stars Furnace Family!!
