The Backsplash Hut

Picking a back splash is stressful. Steve at The Backsplash Hut made it easy. He let us borrow a couple samples to take home and was very helpful in choosing the right grout and edging for our colour scheme. Steve's installer came back a few days later to touch up any spots that didn't dry just right and ensure we were satisfied with the installation.. and we were! Thanks Steve!

Steve was great to deal with at the store, very patient, knowledgable, and lots of advice and tips. The teardown of my old backsplash (removal of tile and drywall) was very clean, quiet, and fast. The installation of new drywall, new mosaic marble tiles and grouting went without a hitch. Sebino (one of the partners) was great to deal with. Friendly, very clean work area, methodical in his tile placement thinking, and efficient in getting the job done on time and budget. Delivered more then I expected with an outstanding result. Highly recommend this company!!

We required a full backsplash tile and drywall removal, new drywall, and marble mosaic tile backsplash install. Steve was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing the right products in store. He sent us home with several samples, worked with us on pricing, and was an all around good guy without pressuring us. Kevin did a fast demo of the existing backsplash and drywall, and he and Sebino installed the new drywall and tiles in short order and did an amazing job. These guys all clearly care about doing a high end job. We are very happy with how it turned out.

Sebino and Steve were great! My wife and I had our own product picked out originally, but were not 100% sure we loved it. Upon talking with Sebino, he was able to recommended a mosaic that we loved, which was a much nicer material, and less expensive than what we had sources on our own. Sebino and Steve came to my house, were very polite and professional, and did a great job installing my backsplash and cleaning up after themselves.

After the grout had dried I had noticed a couple tiles that seemed to have hairline cracks in them. After speaking with Sebino and explainkng what I saw, without hesitation he said he would return and rectify any deficiencies that I had.

Overall I am very satisfied with my experiences and would recommended these guys to anyone looking for a quality backsplash and installation.
